Garage door spring … broke. Called at 12:40, Tyler was here by 2:06 and job replacing 2 springs and cables completed by 3:10. Just had a simple bottom seal replacement. It took about half an hour, but the gentleman still stayed a hour to make sure everything was working right, and oiled up the garage door hinges.

We were able to buy the exact door we wanted for a price we could afford. The installation crew showed up right on time, were very friendly and helped move our stuff out of the way. Accidentally pulled out of the garage and caught the top of my garage door which was partially opened and knocked the rollers off the track. My neighbor was able to come over and help me lift it up so at least I could get my vehicle out of the garage . I called ASAP and the woman from the call center was very helpful and understanding. A service technician was dispatched and arrived at my residence within 2 hours. The damage was assessed and fortunately was only the bottom panel that was bowed out and because the material was aluminum was able to manipulate to straighten it out to my relief:)

They did a great job installing and spent time with me to check that all parts were operating correctly and explained maintenance to keep unit in good condition. There was a crack in one of the windows that frankly, I am not sure I would have noticed. So I appreciate and respect their honesty in making sure the product I paid for is perfect. I have been an ASAP customer since 2010. I used ASAP for replacement remotes, service calls, a new garage door and opener and have always been extremely happy with the service I received.
I recently contacted ASAP for a problem programming my opener and pairing it with my new vehicle. I spoke with Tina who listened to my issues. She came up with a corrective action that did not solve the problem. She did offer other options, including a link to the owner’s manual. Tina went above and beyond in helping me. The spring on our single door high lift/high capacity opener snapped on Friday morning. I called A.S.A.P. right away and they said someone could come fix it Monday morning, which was fine with us. Leon came out Monday morning and realized a standard spring wouldn’t work so he called the shop to have them make it. He returned with a new spring within 30 minutes, installed it, and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. He was very professional and did outstanding work. I saw that A.S.A.P. installed the garage door, so I called them for quotes on installing openers. They provided us with a very reasonable price and scheduled an appointment to install it within just a few days of me calling. They even offered a next-day appointment, but unfortunately that didn’t work with my schedule. The gentleman who installed the opener was very kind and professional. I especially appreciated their text reminders for the appointment and the text letting us know they were 10 minutes away. 03/26/2026, we were in need of a new garage door keypad. After calling the main office to schedule an appointment, we were served the same day. The call taker was very personable and got us in quickly.
The service tech that came to our home, Leon, was fantastic. He replaced us with a new keypad. He also went out of his way to make some other adjustments to the springs, chain, and balance the garage door. This is the exceptional service that is lacking, and one that is hard to find. This is my go-to company for future repairs.

Left side spring broke on Sunday morning. Called ASAP Sunday afternoon and left a message for a service call for Monday. Received a call from ASAP at 7:15 am Monday morning. Thomas, the technician was here around 1:30. Installed new springs and adjusted things. Very good technician, excellent service, quick turn time and reasonably priced.

Our garage door high tension spring broke. We called A.S.A.P. to repair it. Tyler came out first thing in the morning, removed both springs, and installed 2 new ones. He had everything he needed in his company truck. When he was finished, he lubricated all of the hinges between the panels of the garage door. He then tested the operation of the door multiple times. No adjustments were necessary. Everything is working great. The garage door operates smoothly. Tyler performed his work safely, efficiently and professionally. Broken on Saturday at 6:30 pm, didn’t want to pay for the emergency replacement, so I waited for their normal business hours. Called me back first thing Monday, set an appointment for first out Tuesday, and by 7:50 am it was all fixed. Tech even adjusted the opener. Highly recommend.

I called because I bought a new home, and we found no openers, and one of the units wasn’t working. First, you came out, ensured the one was working, checked it, and did the maintenance on it. I recently had to deal with their sales and office, and was very impressed with how helpful they were. I had asked for an estimate to repair a dent in two panels on a door and one damaged weatherstrip on the left side. Someone was out quickly with a fair price estimate for parts and labor for everything. In the meantime, I decided to just stick with the damaged weatherstrip around the door.
They were very helpful and provided me with the correct parts and the correct color for the side strip at an extremely low price, so I could make an immediate improvement in how the door looks. Polite, helpful, low cost. If I decide to get the door panels replaced, this will be the first place I will call.

Garage door would not open. Unit sounded like the internal gears were stripped and the springs didn’t appear to be carrying sufficient load. ASAP came out next day and Tyler did a great job installing a new gear and sprocket kit. He also tensioned the springs as they had clearly weakened over the years. Pricing seemed fair for this day and age. Likely not the least expensive but not outrageous either. Very pleased with ASAP.
